You are kindly asked to state in your e-mail the exact
date, hour and location of the needed vehicle and number of passengers.
Also we would need the
phone number of the client asking for the transport (contact person).
If we have to wait for somebody at the hotel or at the airport, please
state the name of the person so we can write the client's name on easily
visible cart so that we can locate the client. Please state the client
speaking language so we can send the driver speaking the needed language.
